Christopher Murray, Esq

Christopher Murray has 

worked as both in-house counsel in the private sector and with Department of Energy prime contractors, and for the past two years has worked as a sole proprietor focusing on business law, contract law, and corporate law.

In his time as both in-house and freelance counsel he has worked with everything from simple non-disclosure agreements to Master Service Agreements and Software as Services Agreements.

In his capacity with the Ceartais Group, he has worked on business formations, corporate documents, contract templates,  mortgage liens, partnership agreements, and all manner of profit share and sales agreements.

He has worked with everything from tech companies in California to national hospitality chains, to mom and pop retailers in small town North Carolina.
